XeTriva primarily provides digital products, SaaS solutions, custom software development, website development, consulting, and related technology services. Due to the nature of digital services and intellectual property, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
General Refund Principles
We strive to deliver high-quality services and maintain client satisfaction. Refund requests are reviewed individually and in good faith.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased, project stage, subscription status, and contractual obligations.
SaaS Subscription Refunds
For subscription-based SaaS products, customers may request a refund within the first 7 days of the initial purchase if:
- The platform is inaccessible due to a verified issue.
- Core advertised functionality is not available as described.
- Technical issues cannot be resolved by our support team.
Refunds are generally not available for subscription renewals, partial billing periods, unused features, inactivity, or change of business requirements.
Custom Software Development
Due to the significant time, expertise, and resources involved in custom software development, payments made for completed work are generally non-refundable.
Once development has started, project deposits, milestone payments, discovery fees, planning fees, architecture fees, and development costs are non-refundable.
If XeTriva is unable to deliver the agreed project due solely to our fault, an appropriate partial refund may be considered based on completed work and project progress.
Website Development Services
Website development projects involve planning, design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable. Deposits paid before project commencement are also non-refundable as resources are allocated immediately upon project acceptance.
If a project is cancelled by the client, XeTriva reserves the right to invoice for all completed work performed up to the cancellation date.
Mobile Application Development
Mobile application development projects follow the same refund principles as custom software and website development services. Work already completed, approved, or delivered remains non-refundable.
Consulting Services
Consulting services, strategy sessions, audits, architecture reviews, technical advisory services, and project planning engagements are non-refundable once delivered.
Scheduled consulting sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.
Project Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice.
Upon cancellation, the client remains responsible for payment of all completed work, approved milestones, purchased third-party licenses, and any project-related expenses already incurred.

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 15 business days, depending on the payment provider, banking institution, and payment method used.
Processing times may vary for international transactions.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact XeTriva before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback for services rendered may result in account suspension, legal action, and recovery of associated costs and fees.
Exceptional Circumstances
XeTriva reserves the right to issue full or partial refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional situations where doing so is fair and reasonable.
Any such refund does not establish a precedent or obligation for future cases.
